Looking for 'Saunders' families who could be connected to John Saunders, born approx.1837-38? born and baptised in London, England, then migrated to the United States of America. Joined the British Army and arrived in India, (age 19?) ship not known (according to the War Office, London.) Quetta, Jacobabad, Ferozpur, Sambalpur are possible links (births, marriages and deaths). Married Ellen Ann (maiden name not known) Died in Sambalpur 1903,age 66?. Known offspring, Alfred Christopher Saunders (my grandfather) Interested in other siblings.
