I am looking for any evidence that a Mary Louisa Macleod, born in Carlisle, Cumberland, England in about 1829, lived in India in or around the 1850s. I believe her father may have been William Macleod - an East India Merchant. At this time she may have met a Henry Robert Edlin (who she subsequently followed back to the UK and married).
